METCON MEMBERSHIPS
UNLIMITED | 13X/MONTH | 10-PACK

​Unlimited is $120

13x/month is $100

10-Pack is $125

Metcon workouts that take 1-hour and are done in a class setting. Programming is done by the Head Coach. You can choose between three memberships. Unlimited, where you have access to all classes and open gym. 13x/month, where you are limited to 13 classes per month and no open gym access. And a 10-pack, where you are limited to 10 classes within a year, no open gym. You can choose to auto renew after your 10 class are up or wait and renew later.

INTRO TO FITNESS

​30 MINUTES OF INTENSE, LOW IMPACT CARDIO

This Class is specially tailored to provide metabolic and strength training. Metcon is high intensity interval training that is unlike any other workout you have ever experienced. A plus side to this class is that the movements are broken down at a molecular level rather than a fundamental level as in our regularly scheduled classes to better help you master them.

Personalized Individualized Coaching

 Just as the name applies, we focus just on you and your goals!

1-hour PT is $60

30-min PT is $30

​There is nothing more spectacular than visitors from other boxes "dropping in" with us!
If you are just passing through, we charge a drop in fee of $20 per day or offer week-long programs ranging from $50-105.
We would appreciate nothing more if you’d plan on arriving 10 minutes before scheduled class time so we can provide you with a waiver to sign and introduce you to our box. You can find our class schedule here. You may find that we do things a little differently than your “box back home.” We hope that you enjoy the change in scenery, clientele, maybe even music. If anything makes you uncomfortable, however, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Why is crossfit so expensive?
​There’s two main reasons – in no particular order:
  • Skilled coaches
  • Small group classes with hands-on instruction
A CrossFit class needs at least one trained coach.
Compare that to a regular gym – where you wander about and do whatever you want – with NO supervision – and probably few results to show for it!
And the classes can only be so big – it’s not practical to have a 50 person class.
There aren’t really any large group classes in CrossFit – there is a limit to how many people a coach and assistant to keep an eye on.
(Compare this to your typical big gym chain – the cost of that facility is being spread out over thousands of members that workout with little to no supervision – many of whom show up once or twice a year.)
Further, because group classes (supervised by a skilled coach) are the main delivery vehicle of CrossFit – it means that gym space is not in use for a good portion of the day.
But the facility rent still has to be paid.
The group class method is all part of the CrossFit magic though – it helps instill a sense of camaraderie and makes working out fun.
Your fellow CrossFit trainees will cheer you on – and help you break through plateaus.
You’ll probably strike up more than a few friendships.
And you’ll probably be more motivated than at a regular gym – and that means actual results!
(The other side of this is that CrossFit uses highly effective exercises – and shuns most of the worthless things that go on in a regular gym.)
That’s what you are paying for.
What are you NOT paying for?
A fancy facility with carpet, mirrors, and potted ferns.
Expensive fancy fitness machines (the leg press, bench press, shoulder press machines).
