Spencer Fitness Staff provides both metabolic training, strength training, and personalized recommendations. With that personalized touch there is a cost associated. Not only that, but we proudly represent even with the cost, we are the cheapest gym of this type in Pennsylvania!
What Should I Expect?
We strive to be inclusive. This is a community, we take time to vet our coaching staff. They are friendly, helpful, and most importantly knowledgeable. Whether it is your first time in, or it is your 100th visit you will feel apart of our community.
I Have Been Out Of The Gym For Some Time, Am I Capable of Doing This?
That is okay! Actually, you are more capable than you may think! Trust us. We challenge everyone at whatever fitness level they are at currently. We strive to make you feel accomplished and rewarded when working out with us! No matter your fitness knowledge or level stop in! We will work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals!
Is Coming To The Gym All About Consistency?
Yes, yes it is! Really we would like to see you coming in at a minimum two days a week. Your body responds well to a schedule, similar to that of a sleep schedule. Once you start to feel more comfortable we would like you to come in anywhere between three and five days a week. Remember the key is consistency, make a schedule. Many of our clients come in Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's.
